By accessing or using DomainWorld.com, you agree to be bound by this International Code. These regulations govern all marketplace activity including domain listings, user accounts, transactions, and conduct. DomainWorld.com reserves the right to amend this Code at any time.

Title 1 — General Provisions

Scope, acceptance, and amendments
§ 1.1 — Acceptance

By accessing or using DomainWorld.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this DomainWorld International Code in its entirety.

§ 1.2 — Modifications

DomainWorld.com reserves the right to modify this Code at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Code.

Title 2 — User Accounts

Registration, verification, and account security
§ 2.1 — Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Fraudulent or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate termination.

§ 2.2 — Email Verification

All accounts require email verification within 2 hours of registration. Unverified accounts will expire and must re-register.

§ 2.3 — Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account credentials. DomainWorld.com is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

§ 2.4 — DomainWorld Real ID

Users may complete identity verification through Stripe-powered facial recognition matched to a government-issued ID. Verified users receive a Trusted Gold Star ★ Trusted badge, enabling instant domain listings without DNS verification. Real ID verification is voluntary but strongly encouraged.

Title 3 — Domain Listings

Posting requirements, ownership verification, and removal
§ 3.1 — Posting Requirements

Sellers must provide accurate domain information including the domain name, description, and pricing. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed without notice.

§ 3.2 — Ownership Verification

All domain listings require proof of ownership or authorized representation. Sellers must complete one of the following:

§ 3.3 — Domain Detention & Deportation

Listings that have not been verified within the allowed period (30 days) will be placed in the Domain Detention Center.

Domains in detention are not visible on the main marketplace. If ownership is not verified within the detention period, the listing will be permanently deported (delisted) from DomainWorld.com. No refunds of credits will be issued for listings removed due to failure to verify ownership.
§ 3.4 — Right of Removal

DomainWorld.com reserves the right to remove any domain listing from the marketplace at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Title 4 — Marketplace Conduct

Title 5 — Credits & Transactions

Credits, payments, and the no-commission policy
§ 5.1 — Credits

DomainWorld operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for listing domains, featuring ads, identity verification, and other marketplace services. Credit packages may be purchased through Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except at DomainWorld's sole discretion.

§ 5.2 — No Commission

DomainWorld.com does not take a commission on domain sales. Transactions are conducted directly between buyer and seller. DomainWorld provides the marketplace platform and tools — it does not act as a broker, escrow, or intermediary in sales.

Title 6 — Intellectual Property

Content ownership and licensing
§ 6.1 — DomainWorld Property

All logos, text, graphics, and software on DomainWorld.com are the property of DomainWorld.com's owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

§ 6.2 — User Content

By posting content on DomainWorld.com, you grant DomainWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform and in promotional materials including news stories, RSS feeds, and social media.

Title 7 — Enforcement

Violations, suspension, and termination
§ 7.1 — Violations

Violations of this Code may result in warning, suspension, or permanent termination of your account and all associated listings.

§ 7.2 — Suspension & Termination

DomainWorld.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of this Code or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

Title 8 — Liability & Jurisdiction

Limitations, governing law, and dispute resolution
§ 8.1 — Limitation of Liability

DomainWorld.com services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." DomainWorld.com is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or failed transactions.

§ 8.2 — Governing Law

This Code is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall first be submitted to binding arbitration. If arbitration is not feasible, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
